Eligibility:


Minimum qualification for admission to the P.G.Diploma Courses except for Labour Law is a graduate degree from a recognised University. 5% weightage will be given to the law graduates for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma Courses. The minimum requirement for admission to the PG Diploma Course in Labour Law is a law degree or M.A. in Social Sciences (IInd Division).

The Defence Service Officers holding graduate degree of an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a Foreign University are considered for admission to the P.G. Diploma in Labour Law provided they are sponsored by the Directorate of Resettlement, Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

Candidates who have passed or appeared in the 4th year examination of LL.B. (five year course) from a recognised institute/university are also eligible for admission to Post Graduate Diploma Courses (except for Labour Law). Five seats each are reserved for these students. The admission will be made based on the marks obtained in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of the University examinations.
