Kerla Common Entrance Exam(KCEE)
Eligibility for Admission in Kerla CEE ;
1. Nativity: Indian citizen of Kerala origin.
2. Academic Qualifications:
a) For General candidates: Pass in B.Pharm Degree of Kerala University or equivalent there to from an institution recognized by the AICTE and the Pharmacy Council of India with 50% marks for all the four years of B Pharm examination taken together. (However those students of final year B Pharm who have appeared/appearing the for the final year B Pharm examination are also eligible to apply for the entrance examination, provided they pass the examination as on the date of declaration of the Entrance examination result).
b) For lecturer in Pharmacy who seeks admission against the reserved quota, the minimum marks will be 50% (except in the case of Pharmacy practice, for which minimum 55% is required).
Age for Kerla Common Entrance Exam:
Should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission.
Selection & Paper Pattern;
Based on Entrance Examination (except for seats reserved for Lecturer in Pharmacy and sponsored candidates) to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Kerala Feb. 2010 (Sunday) at Thiruvananthapuram. The examination will consist of one paper of three hours duration with 200 objective (multiple choices) questions.
Application Forms For Kerla CEE;
The filled in Application Form along with the OMR DATA SHEET and other relevant documents, to be submitted with the Application Form, is to be sent in the printed envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations supplied along with the application form, so as to reach him before Feb 2010, by Hand Delivery/Registered Post /Speed Post. Completed Applications will be received in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on holidays also.
