Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from a recognized Indian University/ Institute(Minimum 70 % or Equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters (relaxable to 60% for SC/ST candidates)).

Assistant Officer (HR) Grade -II
Eligibility;
Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelor’s of Business Management (BBM) / Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with Personnel Management /IR/HR/Labour Welfare as one of the major subjects from a recognized Indian University/ Institute(Minimum 65 % marks or Equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters (relaxable to 60 % for SC/ST candidates))

For Departmental Candidates (BHEL Regular Employees) :
For Engineer Trainee(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics),
Eligibility;
Regular/ Part Time/Correspondence B.E./B.Tech Degree from recognized Indian University/Institute or AMIE/AMIETE (Electronics) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics disciplines with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters.
All departmental candidates meeting the above job specifications are eligible to apply if they have served a minimum of one year service after training, if any, in the grade to which they have been recruited.
Departmental Candidates having a Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent in any branch of Engineering are eligible to apply and have the option of appearing for the written test in any of the disciplines advertised.
For Supervisor Trainee (Engineering)
Eligibility;
Regular/ Part Time/Correspondence Diploma from recognized Indian University/Institute in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters.
For Supervisor Trainee (Finance)
Eligibility;
Regular/ Part Time/Correspondence Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60% marks for GEN/OBC and 55% for SC/ST in aggregate of all years/semesters.
Eligibility;(For Supervisor Trainee - Finance / Engineering) :-
All departmental candidates meeting the above job specifications, working in A7 or lower grades in BHEL are eligible to apply. The departmental candidates in A6/ A7 grades, if finally selected, shall be allowed weightage as approved earlier for the previous batches of Supervisor Trainees.
Departmental candidates meeting the above job specification and who have completed one year of service after regularisation into the regular salary scale of BHEL.
AGE;There is no Upper AGE LIMIT for Departmental Candidates(for all Jobs).
SELECTION PROCESS;
For Engineer Trainee & Supervisor Trainee (Engineering & Finance);
Selection process for these posts will consist of Written Test and Personal Interview.
All eligible candidates will be invited for written test at their own expense. The Written Test papers will be objective type in nature and will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English. Thereafter, the
candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the no. of vacancies in order of merit
